How to catch the Regis in R / S / E:
The Three Regis
The Regis are the new trio of legendary Pokemon. To get them you need to solve puzzles. First, you need to capture a Relicanth and a Wailord. Now go to Pacifidlog and surf to the East. You'll find the current. Go straight underneath and when stranded on an island, you'll surf right in the middle of the east coast. Dip the point where you can use Dive. Follow underwater and go follow the path until you find something written in braille. Go back to the surface in the same place and you will be in a cave filled with writing in Braille.
Location Relicanth - Under the water, near Sootopolis. It is quite rare.
Location Wailord - Evoloção the Wailmer, which can be found on Route 122 using the Good Rod is rare
Go to the center of the Braille on the wall and use Dig. This should break the wall. Go to the next room and put Relicanth as your first Pokemon, and Wailord last. Read the Braille. If it succeeds, there will be an earthquake. Exit to catch the three Regis.
To find Regice, go back and surf Dewford going to the Northwest. When they find an island with a fisherman, cross it. Now head left and still surfing to the north.
